What happened to Androtics?

Androtics and Pherotalk were my favorite places to shop for and discuss pheromones few years ago. They had amazing products and were on the cutting edge of science and brought several experimones and putatives to market that have quite novel effects. It drew a lot of very innovative people to their board, some of whom had a very keen sense of social dynamics and a very good understanding of how pheromones work. It was a great place to learn from each other, and from some of the masters, like Tacitus. His passing left a very unfortunate gaping hole and soon many other contributing members of the highest caliber started to be less present.

That's not to say that there are not other members there who can fill that role of expert intelligent contributors. In my latest visits to the forum I found a number of very knowledgeable members who have a solid understanding of pheromones coupled with a very helpful attitude.

Yet something seems to be lacking. One thing that sticks out the most is a lack of leadership. Check out the old posts from MHarris on that forum and you will find why many inquisitive members, including myself, used to visit that place so often when it had just started.

Where is Michael? His old posts provided an insight into the mind of a formulator which I really enjoyed and appreciated. This nowhere to be found on any other forums besides maybe PheromoneXS. The old A314 was a masterpiece. The two latest versions are a bare shadow of the old A314. The old versions hooked me in and showed me the power of pheromones right away. The past two versions are throwaways that don't give me any of the effects that the old versions did and it leaves me saddened. So, where is he? Why doesn't he post? Is he listening to customer's feedback?

I have checked out PheromoneXS forum (http://discoverxs.com/), which is started by none other than SteveO and it seems to be the closest in spirit to the way Pherotalk used to be, if only because they also have research molecules similar to the way Androtics does. But you can tell, that SteveO is stretched, although he is trying really hard to stay on top of everything.

I also hate the fact that despite all the grief that Androtics has received over selling molecules with code names, other companies have chosen to adopt a similar strategy and have coded their research molecules as well. This just makes good business sense though so I can't fault them for this.

But back to Androtics. Why have none of the putatives made it to experimones with a TA- code name yet beyond the original set that was introduced when the company first started, like 8 years ago? Why were old mixes allowed to die, when you haven't released a superior mix to replace them yet?

The lack of innovation in the industry seem to be systemic. Lot of honest sellers, and some not so honest, have popped up all over the internet. Many of them offer really good customer service and are trying really hard, which must be appreciated, like Liquid Alchemy labs, PheromoneXS etc.. However, I feel like there is still something missing.

With the years of research all the phero users have put in I would have liked to see a company that stands behind one product. The goal should be to release a product that brings the pheromone signature of majority of people to the optimum level and then improve it with every new version, update it with new molecules and make it better and make it work for more and more people, instead of releasing several products that all seem to have overlapping molecules that do one thing or the other and is a crapshoot for the buyer.

Dr. George Dodd, Dr. Winnfred Cutler have done it. I hope some other company, besides Pherlure, does too.

One product! That's all that is needed. Your own body will compensate given the situation. As a formulator you will free up your time to listen to feedback, communicate with your customers more, investigate new molecules that can make the effect more natural, and work for a wider number of users and so on. Let's see who listens.
