There are so many factors. Actions which stimulate and challenge the limits of your behavior, and the limits of your self understanding, all would help.

In acting: Meisner technique is excellent for improving listening skills, learning how to focus on the other person... Meisner can be psychologically intense so you need a well grounded teacher.

Improv Comedy can make you more flexible, like doing mental yogic stretching, and make you fast in your responses. Some pick up artists work out with improv... it will give you more snap
On Camera classes. A must.... you just haven't seen yourself close to how others see you until you do On Camera... often sublimely shocking to finally witness your own stuff in action...

I remember not even being able to recognize myself at first, my self image and my public image so unlike, how many behavioral tics , habits...and awfully boring too.. I never realized what a bore I was... well, who does, until their wife leaves them or their kids hate them...?

Other than acting ? Find a good NLP teacher or three and begin building your skill base. The world is becoming competitive as hell and you will need exceptional skill in many areas, rapport, congruity, metaphor generation, reframing, language patterns, slight of mouth, ecology, frame theory, and on and on if you plan to survive with any style whatsoever...
