Exercise, diet, nutritional supplemention, and even (for men, anyway) masturbation (which affects both your hormones and your drive), affect your social behaviors, your natural pheromone output, and thus, social outcomes.

Zinc is a great supplement for men at night, and it won't screw you up like taking hormones will (provided that you compensate by taking copper in the morning, as zinc interferes with copper metabolism).

...ZMA (Basically, Zinc + Magnesium without ANY calcium to block the absorption of either), of course, makes you sleepier. Part of it's intention is to create better sleep cycle, with a more coherent brainwave pattern richer in delta waves. This then leads to greater testosterone and HGH release.

The funny thing is, Magnesium itself doesn't seem to make me nearly as sleepy as ZMA does. Very unusual, considering that magnesium is known to slow brain waves. I haven't heard about that in regards to zinc itself, however.I think it makes sense, though, considering zinc is a powerful antioxidant. Perhaps "too powerful", in a sense. Zinc might inhibit the type of oxiditation we need to remain awake and at full energy.

Both zinc and copper (which is a pro-oxidant, in many ways) compete for absorption along the same pathways. One blocks the absorption of the other, which forces us to take them at different times. A metabolic clue that we should take them 180 degrees apart from each other, time wise? Maybe ene before bed, and one upon waking?Perhaps.

I've noticed that taking copper in the morning and supplements that contain heavy amounts of zinc, seem to be best. In terms of my own energy, that is. I like to have immense amounts of both physical and mental energy when I'm awake, so I'm very aware of how everything affects this. This probably won't matter to most people.

You may want to try peptide preloading ("brain gas" ). You may have to adjust your stimulants downward, since they'll become more effective.

In the morning, on an empty stomach, try 2 to 3 grams of l-phenylalnine (be careful of l-tyrosine), 2 grams vitamin C, 50mg b6, 2-3 mg copper. If you take this in liquid form, wait a good half an hour before eating. Capsules -- an hour.

You can find good peptide precursors premixed at life-enhancement.com. FastBLAST, one of many formulas:http://www.life-enhancement.com/product.asp?id=96You can expect your mood and overall feeling of self to improve with peptide preloading, but I'm not sure if you'll ever get the pleasant self-effects some of our products provide while using high amounts of stimulants.

Stimulants are rough stuff. You'll cut fast, but you're taking a biochemical beating for doing it.

...Copper is an extremely stimulating mineral for me. (I often take chelated copper in the morning, and Zinc ZMA at night -- this timing sequence is incredible)
