I have been trying both Nioxin (http://www.ariva.com/niclsy685flo.html) and LEF shampoo (http://www.lef.org/newshop/items/item00011.html) for the past few months. I think it's time for a comparative summary.

Nioxin seemed better in all aspects compared to LEF. However, Nioxin is $14 including shipping for 8.5 fl oz which comes out to $1.65/oz while LEF shampoo is $5.40 + $ 5.50 S&H, for 16 fl oz bottle which comes out to $0.68/oz. So in conclusion LEF shampoo is way cheaper but Nioxin is superior in quality.
