I am in the process of writing a software which will help visualize a pheromone mix in form of colors. Many pheromone users have reported getting a feel for the mix in form of colors and there has been a lot of discussion about it in the past at Pherotalk.
My software requires you to know which color you associate with a particular pheromone or mix. For example most people will automatically associate color red with sexuality and aggression and thus with sexual or aggressive pheromones or products like androstenone. After a certain amount of use of any pheromone or product people start to get a feel for the colors in their minds depending on the mood they generate in them and in people around them.
However this still doesn't directly help them see the result of a complicated mix beforehand. They will usually have to try it many number of times before they can get a feel for the color of the complex mix. This is where my software can be useful. It will help you in seeing the color of mix before even using it. I am hoping this will reduce any surprises when you actually test the mix in a social situation.

For trial purposes I have assigned color red to androstenone, green to androstenol and blue to androsterone.
You can enter the minimum and maximum effective amounts of the pheromones in the boxes as shown. It will obviously be different for different pheromones. Like for androstenone the maximum effective amount might be 20 mcg while for androstenol it might be 100 mcg.
Enter the steps for the slider or leave the default value. Default is 10 steps so you can choose 10 different values ranging from your minimum amount to your maximum amount. The slider is used to slide to different levels for each pheromone. The selected amount will be shown in the white textbox.
The final color of the mix will be shown in the white box on top right of the software window.
The demo version of the software will allow people to play with the three basic pheromones. The advanced version will allow users to add any pheromone or products or putatives after they have tested them and felt the color association. They can be saved and loaded for future use. All created mixes can be saved in a PMD (Pheromone Mix Data) file for future reference.
